Wealth Operations Transformation is responsible for the delivery of operational change that supports the banks strategy and drives activity that transforms the way that Operations support the Wealth and Investments and Private Bank business segments. The function sits within Data and Digital Operations which is responsible for all aspects of the change agenda and process improvement to the Barclays BUK and BI business. From the delivery of functional change to the day to day support of driving the change agenda for these business areas to provide Data Control, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Automation & Change Management


What will you be doing?

  • This role holder will support the Transformation Director in identifying, shaping and delivering strategic projects that drive large scale change across Wealth Operations.
  • He/she will support senior stakeholders and leadership in developing the Wealth Operations change strategy which develop a step change in performance (efficiency, productivity, control, impact and reliability) for the transaction cycle and to realise the strategic goals for the business and our clients.
  • The role holder will create opportunities to drive the change agenda across Wealth Processing Operations and drive alignment with High Value Operations principles.
  • The role holder will deliver benefits tracking, driving strategic deliverables to full completion and developing governance and controls.
  • The role holder will be responsible for constantly analysing the services provided to the business and proactively assessing automation priorities and opportunities for improvement, successfully embedding these improvements across our teams and global locations across the Wealth Processing Operations Transaction Cycle.
