Based in The Hague, you will join the HR function as a member of the leadership team during a time of transformation. You will be joining the Agency during a significant HR transformation and are responsible for building and transforming a state-of-the-art HR staff services centre serving a population of approximately 2,750 employees and growing.

Ideally you will hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressive experience leading and managing a HR Services function in a large and complex organization
You will need to have excellent communication and influencing skills, along with the ability to build rapport with all levels of the organisation.
You are results based. Focused on service delivery, continuous improvement and staff development.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
