The role requires an experienced and credible

strategic Resourcing professional who is comfortable operating at board level

to manage not only our large operations but also play a lead role engaging and

creating a partnership approach with our clients. The role holder will own the

account plans for each client responding to the different needs of our varied

client base ensuring our service adapts and is flexible while protecting our

target operating model and shared service operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Management of large operational recruitment involving complex multi-faceted recruitment process

Manage, develop and implement Resourcing ATS systems to handle volumes

Ensure leadership and vision for the organisation to grow significantly beyond existing clients

Build on the Great Place to Work scores by developing and implementing strategies

Proven track record of leading, managing and developing teams in a transformational change environment

In depth knowledge of Resourcing ATS systems

Experience of effectively delivering resourcing services

Adopts a coaching and mentoring approach

Proven track record of delivering a continuous improvements
