Company: TAKKT
Location: Stuttgart

Following a recent review of the TAKKT Operating Model, the Group has been split into two segments; Omnichannel Commerce segment (OCC) and Web-focused Commerce segment (WFC). OCC has locations in Stuttgart, Munich and Milwaukee and operates globally in the US and in 21 countries across Europe with sales of approximately 800m EUR. The core business units of OCC (KAISER+KRAFT, Ratioform and National Business Furniture) sell business equipment, packaging material and office furniture.

The businesses are market leaders in their market segments, have long-term relationships with blue-chip and SME customers and are selling via webshop, e-procurement, inside sales representatives and field sales. The businesses are continuously developed towards digital omnichannel players. To support the transformation, over 70 digital specialists (across E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Data & Analytics) have been hired to implement and drive digital excellence to grow ecommerce revenue to more than 50% of total revenue.

Our aim is to further accelerate the development of our OCC businesses and increase our market share by increasing knowledge sharing of possible business opportunities between the OCC business units via OCC-wide implementation of best practices (e.g. omnichannel marketing, data & analytics use cases) as well as identifying new external business opportunities.
