You will be accountable for the delivery of the payroll & pensions service, meeting the requirements of the business and complying with Inland Revenue and other legislative requirements. Key responsibilities will be to review, recommend and implement relevant changes to payroll and pension policies and procedures, lead design of specifications, project management, testing and implementation of any payroll and pension system maintenance and changes as a result of; legislation change, system upgrades, business change projects, changes to systems or arising from triennial pension valuations. To be considered for this role you will have extensive knowledge of payroll, and pensions and associated legislation and have an understanding of DB and DC pension provisions and legislative framework.
