Sales Operations Manager – London – Excellent Opportunity!
This role is an essential part of my client’s ability to meet and exceed the businesses growth objectives across the next several years. They have successfully grown over the last 3.5 years and the sales and retention team is set for continued growth across its multiple UK locations and planned offices in USA early this year and further afield in 2021. With continuing private-equity investment and with a rapidly growing sales and retention team, you will work side by side with the Head of Sales to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the sales team, driving efficiency and effectiveness for a highly active and energised team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of sales knowledge base
- Sales Analytics
- Sales/Marketing integration
- Sales Systems/enablement
- New business strategy
- Connecting multi-geo’ locations (supporting launch of the US office)
Skills and Experience:
My client is looking for someone with outstanding communication skills – particularly active listening and compelling, persuasive written and verbal communication. Proven professional experience (with a strong background in personnel management, new business sales, and sales training). Experience with HubSpot as a CRM, exceptional excel skills and the ability to travel (within UK and internationally) are also important elements of the role. You must be someone with high energy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an agile working environment.
SaaS experience is desirable but not essential.
