Defining, structuring and operating the Pega function to create best-in-class support function – configuring, developing & small change management across the group
Working with the various companies in the group to provide development & configuration services for their implementations of Pega and associated products.
Development and maintainence of configuration standards for all systems and creation of an environment to govern all developments/configuration in these environment whether developed by the group staff or external contractors.
Working with the resource management team to ensure that the group has sufficient resources to deliver on all projects and initiatives.
Ensure and make sure that prriority classes are highlighted and addressed by working with stakeholders as necessary
Contribution to the correct tandards to be used and aligning with wider group standards where appropriate.
Ensuring that the group CRM systems remain in the forefront of system availability and uptime within the group.
Identification of improvements to the system to simplify and improve uptime for end-users.
Project management – involved at various levels, including definition and analysis of the relevant Pega workstream leads on an as-required basis, functional review sessions, workshops etc.
Team management – management of the day-to-day activities of all members of the team.
Previous experience supporting BAU Change, Project and Service Support of critical systems
Previous experience managing teams for more than 3 years.
Possess the vision and drive to delivery Technology/platform and ESC coverage in a complex environment.
Experience in Pega or similar systems
Cloud-based solutions management systems
Demonstrate a deep understanding of long-term group strategy and individual track record of building delivery teams managing and workstreams supporting multiple projects and initiatives.
