Talent Acquisition is crucial to succeed and we’re now looking for someone who can head up this area as a member of our Business Operations team. This is what we’ll need your help with:

  • Formulating and driving a recruitment and employer branding strategy for Cupole
  • Working proactively to source candidates using a variety of platforms, channels and methods and managing all aspects of the recruitment agenda; i.e. screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Being the voice of Talent Acquisition in Cupole’s Management Team
  • Delivering a world-class and fully covering candidate experience using Cupole’s brand
  • Leading, organizing and participating in employer branding activities
  • Keeping your head to the ground to source new trends within recruitment
  • Handling external partnerships with relevant stakeholders and software vendors

We believe you have:

  • Worked minimum five years within recruitment and search
  • A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
  • A genuine interest in recruiting, networking and meeting new people
  • A stop-at-nothing attitude and a knack for performing in a high-paced environment
  • A strong learning ability and drive for results
  • Preferably solid knowledge and experience from using psychometric tests
  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English

  • Experience from working as a recruitment consultant
  • Experience from recruiting to roles within the professional services industry
  • An interest in employer branding and marketing
