Are you looking for your next Comp & Ben challenge? At ASSA ABLOY, we’re looking for someone who would like to build a global, strategic, and operative Comp & Ben organization in an ever-growing, decentralized organization.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will take the lead in proactively identify the Comp & Ben agenda, and design and execute our Comp & Ben strategy. This will include a new global approach to Mobility, and to develop a structure, frameworks and processes to support it. You will have a Mobility Manager reporting to you that will manage the mobility program end to end.

You can work at strategic level in C&B but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work operationally. You will initiate, drive, and participate in numerous projects, working in collaboration with our divisions to implement.

You will report to our Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role you will also be responsible for driving the execution of the global Comp & Ben approach in the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems division.

Who you are

You have a solid background in Comp & Ben and you call yourself an expert in this space. You have worked strategically and operationally, and easily take on tasks anywhere in that spectrum.

We are a truly global company, and we believe that you have experience from working in a multinational organization, and have a deep understanding of international Comp & Ben. You have insight to the differences between markets and how to approach them, and you take a flexible and inclusive approach.

You are an executive remuneration expert, both from a Swedish and an international perspective. You are analytical and have a sense of urgency, and you know how to prioritize between conflicting tasks.

In our decentralized organization we depend on collaboration, and in this role you need to have the ability to work through networks and lead without formal authority.

If you have worked with, and preferably trained others to work with, the Mercer system or similar, that would be a clear benefit for us.

Desired skill set & experiences

We think that you have a university degree and relevant professional experience in a global company. You are a fluent English speaker and a confident communicator.
