  • Lead the overall consulting services delivery operations for the EMEA region
  • Directly monitor and manage key projects through active involvement and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Enforce standard delivery methodology to all projects in the region to bring predictability and manage the overall profitability
  • Provide necessary inputs to estimation during deal reviews and for the SOWs to ensure profitability based on delivery standards
  • Recruit the right people based on the project pipeline and ensure high utilization across the region
  • Responsible for professional development of the delivery team in EMEA and defining and tracking their goals
  • Work with India organisation to ensure that project needs are fulfilled in the best possible way
  • Drive the development of various delivery accelerators and aligning with initiative leads
  • Responsible for the project transition to managed services team wherever applicable and ensure that managed services delivery is done within SLAs

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering, IT, Math or Science related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in which a minimum of 8 years of professional Services/Consulting Services (multiple customer facing) experience, 10+ years in Analytics and Big Data ecosystem
  • Solution delivery experience on Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Big Data Technologies like Hadoop and Cloud Data Platforms (Redshift/Big Query/HD Insights/ADLS)
  • Knowledge and experience on SAS platform will be preferred
  • Experience in implementing software and/or solutions in the financial services sector with high regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading projects using Agile and traditional project methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

  • Dealing with ambiguity is a key requirement for this role. This is necessitated because of the pace of change in the technology and the dynamic nature of Core Compete and a culture of rapid decision making
