Assistant Restaurant Manager – THE PIG at Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay, Padstow, Cornwall.

We are delighted to start the search for our Assistant Restaurant Manager at the soon to open – THE PIG at Harlyn Bay.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Therefore, good communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident, yet at ease working in an attention to detail environment whilst maintaining an informal and accessible approach to all.

The ideal candidate will have previous Assistant Restaurant Management experience, or within a similar role.

New Opening Information:

Due to open its doors to our guests in spring 2020, THE PIG at Harlyn Bay – the grade II-listed Harlyn House near Padstow is a stunning building, with incredible views of the coast. The majority of positions are anticipated to start in April, with dates to be confirmed.

We will be holding an open day on February 4th at Wadebridge Town Hall for candidates who wish to know more about us or are unsure of what role they may be interested in. Please keep an eye on our website for further information.
