I am currently recruiting for an experienced Area Field Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with in a sales environment.
You will have a drive to win new business along side managing and retain existing clients.
Meet/ exceed set KPI’s set both monthly and annually
Co-operate with other Area Managers and support as agreed
Analysis of market, competitor, business and report accordingly.
Develop customer Strategies
Work closely with all departments to produce quality quotations/ estimates in a timely manner.
Sell the whole service product range into all market sectors in Northern England and Scotland.
Report effectively including accurate details on client visits
Provide/produce other reports to the management team as and when required.
Accurately record sales opportunities and maintain CRM.
Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction ensure any complaints are reported and investigated in an efficient and timely manner.
Act as the primary communication link between company and client.
Attend internal meetings as and when required.
Sales and negotiation skills are a must for this role, with an energetic and self motivated outlook.
Familiarity of mechanical and process equipment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
ÂŁ30-ÂŁ45k, bonus up to 15% of annual salary basic
