This role will focus on integration, culture change and operational excellence with the goal of creating a modern & dynamic back office / contact centre operation to achieve group KPI’s
About the Client
Global insurance firm with a presence in over 100 countries worldwide and a growing and diverse portfolio of products.
What we are looking for
· Contact Centre / Operational leadership with capability to oversee multiple departments (MI, IT, Accounts, Facilities, Underwriting, Policy management). The site is currently made up of a team of c.80 people and growing
· Proven experience in culture change and transformation
· Experience in running continuous improvement projects
· Ability to develop a leadership culture
· Technical knowledge of general insurance products / services would be beneficial
