As Area Sales Manager, you will operate from their UK office (with home-office possibility) and pro-actively increase sales operations in the UK market. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Establish brand awareness and distribution channels in the United Kingdom
  • Develop local strategies in accordance with the overall sales strategy to achieve the company goals
  • Maintain distributor base, in the assigned area, through evaluation and benchmarking tools
  • Monitor contract fulfillment
  • Identify sales and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with new distributors
  • Submit proposals to improve the distribution strategy
  • Perform product training for new distributors
  • Manage and track the product’s market share in the region
  • Reporting to Regional Sales Manager


To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University degree in management or engineering or similar field
  • Solid sales experience in the technical industry,
  • Working experience in the tools industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German or any other European language would be an advantage
  • Profound technical understanding and experience with international distributor networks
  • Excellent business acumen with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, confident and goal-oriented personality
  • Trustworthy and loyal person with multi-cultural understanding
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel
