This position is fixed term for two years to cover maternity leave.

Your responsibilities at C&A

  • You will turn ideas into compelling and competitive 360 campaigns and you are involved in all strategic activities, e.g., deriving opportunities for brand activation for the respective division from strong consumer and product insights
  • You ensure that our campaigns are delivered in the right quality, time and budget
  • You track the outcome of our campaigns as well as the records of competitive activities and gather learnings for future activities and further development
  • You support the Unit Lead of Campaign Management in developing a strategic view on the Marketing opportunities within Brand Marketing
  • You collaborate with relevant stakeholders e.g. PR, Social Media, Visual Merchandising and Brand Marketing to incorporate input from internal creative resources

What we expect of you

  • A University degree in Business Administration with Marketing focus and profound experience in Marketing in Fashion/ FMCG or comparable consumer facing industry
  • Track record of working effectively across virtual teams and good project management skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment and open minded to continuous change and improvement
  • Strong communication skills across different levels in English and German
  • A team-oriented working mentality
