MIDAS is looking to recruit a commercially astute Project Manager. You will be responsible for the management and build of modular projects. Reporting to the Construction Director you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to programme and in accordance with health, safety and environmental legislation. Your duties will start from pre-construction to include developing client proposals and specifications, preparing outline drawings and assisting with planning applications; design co-ordination, procurement and management of Architects, Structural Engineers, M&E Consultants, Principle Designers and other project specific consultants; Bid Manager and tender co-ordination, ensuring tender packages are formulated and correct prior to invitations sent, analysing return tenders and selecting successful bids, all commercial and contract management to include reporting of budget, cash flow, contract documentation and procurement of subcontractors.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role in the management and delivery of modular build projects. You will have strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead and manage site teams. You will be confident in planning and executing programmes and have the determination to deliver projects on time and to the standards required.
