We are seeking to appoint an interim operational project manager to support the implementation and achievement of the Trust Cost Improvement Programme. The individual will also play a key role in supporting trustwide demand and capacity planning and service transformation.
This role is covering a period of maternity leave within the Quality First Team. The successful candidate will have experience of working across professional groups, multidisciplinary teams and have a good working knowledge of demand and capacity planning and how this links to job planning.
Experience of project management would be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
