Marketing Manager

Here at Babcock International we are currently seeking a Marketing Manager within Automotive Training based in Milton Keynes. The successful Marketing Manager will be required to implement and plan internal and external marketing communications to drive candidate attraction and candidate generation for the for the automotive apprentice program ran by the like of Audi, Seat, Skoda, JLR, Fiat, Mazda and Royal Mail.

You will have the support of a Graphic Designer and Marketing assistant to ensure the applicability of candidates stays at a high percentage.

What will be expected of you:

Accountability for the Marketing Strategy development and implementation across all of the Automotive Marketing contracts.

Management of the Marketing team to deliver a positive ROI for all marketing activity that is within the marketing plan, budget and deadlines.

Ensuring all activity is delivery against the marketing team targets. * Development of campaigns across the business to support apprentice candidate attraction and network engagement for apprentice vacancy generation

What you must have:

We will expect you to have the soft skills to be able to manage the high profile contract and stakeholders that come with the role along with:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • CIM qualification is desirable.

Successful candidates will be required to be able to attain SC clearance once in this post if not already held.
