Inside Sales / Account Manager

Location: Clonshaugh, Dublin

Salary: €30K + uncapped commission + bens

Our client is a leading Telecommunications, Data Connectivity and Security Services provider, providing solutions to homes, businesses and enterprise customers. They are seeking an energetic, customer focussed, relationship-building individual. A person who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, call prospects, network online, through email, social media, etc. and sell their amazing products. You need to be confident, outgoing, driven and organised.


  • Grow and sustain your existing customer accounts
  • Take inbound Sales / Account Management calls
  • Build a strong pipeline
  • Upsell/cross sell
  • Identify new sales opportunities for existing and potential customers
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Respond to emails from potential and existing customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Present strategies, goals and sales plans to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis
  • Keep up to date with company products, competitors and overall market trends
  • Participate in marketing events to promote our client’s business and source new clients
  • Represent the Company with honesty, integrity and professionalism

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects
  • Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision
  • Positive attitude with an ability to absorb and learn quickly
  • CRM and other sales applications as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suite / Outlook, SalesForce a plus
  • Highly organized, thrive in a multiple task environment, with excellent prioritization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly accurate
  • Positive attitude, proactive contributor with an eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Service oriented with exemplary follow through, tenacious and friendly, driven
  • Previous experience within telecommunications is a distinct advantage – but not essential
  • Knowledge of Broadband and the competitive market is desirable

  • Must be excited to call on prospects, build your business, all day, every day
  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • 2+ years Business Development and Inside B2B Sales
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
