Housing Support Manager to effectively manage their Young People Service. You will be responsible for the overall management of the accommodation (as well as move on accommodation), and the services delivered.You will lead a team to ensure young people receive high quality and effective service, inspiring them to engage with education, training and employment opportunities and develop the life skills needed to live independently.Responsibilities will also include staff management, meeting Key Performance Indicators, delivering against commissioned outcomes, managing budgets and ensuring projects remain financially viable.The successful candidate will have experience of delivering front line operational services in a supported housing setting and directly working with young people. Experience of motivating and managing staff, and budget management is also required.

CIH level 4 or above
Social work qualification, (Diploma in Social Work, Certificate of Qualification in Social Work, Certificate in Social Services, Certificate in the Residential Care of Young People), NVQ Level 4
