· Assisting in Managing and training the reception team

· Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers

· You’ll have a flare for delivering high levels of customer service, ensuring your team adopt that same spark you have. You have a friendly manner, are kind, genuine and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have an experience they’ll want to remember for all the right reasons. Although we don’t expect many, when the time comes, you’ll be able to deal with complaints and problem solve with ease.

· Liaising with staff, other departments, clients and especially housekeeping

· Acting as liaison between Senior Manager and the team

· Implementing and maintaining procedures within reception tasks

· Support with recruitment of front office team

· Assisting in Organizing induction programmes for new departmental employees

· Team reviews, objective setting and personal development plan setting

· Ensuring brand standards and standard operating procedures are delivered consistently

· Support reservations from front office to ensure maximum occupancy
