MIDAS is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. Reporting to the Contracts Director your key role will be to manage a number of construction projects simultaneously to ensure they are delivered on time and within programme. Other duties will include the management and leadership of project teams, assisting with procurement, producing project plans and ensuring that contracts remain on track, to programme, safety and quality.
Our ideal candidate will be MCIOB and have strong knowledge of construction methods across new build and fit out. You will have experience of supporting construction programmes across a wide range of areas to include education, health, extra-care, leisure and accommodation high rise. You will be a natural leader with people management and leadership skills. You will have the ability to influence and gain buy in from others.
