Ifac is building for the future. We are now recruiting a Commercial Manager to join our management team.

Our Commercial Manager will work with our Practice Partners and Senior Management team to develop and implement our Strategic Development Plan. Your focus will be on optimizing performance in our regional office teams and building alignment with our specialist departments.

The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as an internal practice management consultant to each of our Practice Partners.
Monitor and manage office targets and performance.
Monitor risk and compliance in conjunction with our Training and Development Manager.

Create, implement and monitor fee models.
Initiate and monitor best practice service delivery standards.
Participate in the recruitment, development and training of high quality professionals.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have;

  • Commercial acumen.
  • A proven history of success in professional services.
  • A professional accounting qualification, CPA/ACCA/ACA, and a minimum of 10 years
  • PQE in practice management, ideally at Partner level.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • An interest in technology and the tools driving change in the accounting profession.
