With our innovative anonymization approach using deep neural networks, we are already on the way to solve the ‘data privacy vs. analytics dilemma’ for more than 1.1bn public cameras. Our Deep Natural Anonymization technology utilizes state-of-the-art AI to generate artificial faces and license plates for effective identity protection. This solution enables companies in automotive, retail and public transportation to process camera data in a compliant way while empowering innovation use cases and new business models. Therefore, we are in touch with both strategic and technical leaders from major international companies.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Lead company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth
  • Develop and implement go-to-market / sales strategies
  • Spot relevant trends and market opportunities
  • Conceptually develop and co-design new business models
  • Scale the organization in a high-growth environment
  • Establish business partnerships and negotiate contracts
  • Implement pricing strategies
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Participate actively in the management board
  • Manage projects with focus on all commercial aspects

Requirements

In order for you to be successful, we consider that you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-tech sales, business development, management (ideally in similar role)
  • Demonstrated track record of developing direct sales, channels and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth
  • Driven by results, very strategic, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to translate corporate strategies into clear and defined goals
  • Ability to design, manage and lead business development programs and projects to achieve deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (in writing, speaking, presenting)
  • Startup experience as part of the management
  • Experience in building outstanding business / sales teams

It would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience in scaling a B2B high-tech startup
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking
