Client Service Manager (m/f/d)

Vice President, Global Corporate Banking Department

Salary: TG 9 – non Tariff

limited until October 2020

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Representing the teamhead in all tasks for the team or the department
  • Assisting the Relationship Managers in the corporate banking by covering our multinational clients regarding all designated tasks related to administration, loans and marketing.
  • Get familiar with the assigned customers and the products they use, to be able to follow up and give an overview.
  • Handling and monitoring our internal credit- and rating processes in cooperation with several internal contact persons, e.g. in Credit Analysis, Risk Management and Local Management including helping to do the presentation for a new deal
  • Handling the credit system G-CARS, global exposure management system Global Zeus sect.
  • Monitoring the timely delivery of financials and creation Preliminary Rating Reviews where necessary
  • Contact person for our corporate customers and agent banks during the absence of the Relationship Managers, together with the Junior Relationship Managers
  • Contact person for internal and external legal work
  • Collecting and compiling Profit Data
  • Keeping the due date list for the assigned customers up to date
  • Support for all bookings that need to done for a customer

Profile and Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Business or apprenticeship as a bank clerk and additional comparable qualification
  • Dedicated commitment and engagement for the work to be done
  • Ability to learn, to abstract and to find solutions
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Distinctive ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
  • Proficient in handling MS Office
