YOUR TASKS

Strategize and operationally establish an e-business organization and an omnichannel sales approach for TÜV SÜDs current and future services (B2C & B2B)

Define, develop and continuously enhance the product strategy (e.g. portfolio, pricing and service bundling)

Integrate UI / UX seamlessly over different tech stacks

Take on responsibility for the entire customer journey including e-customer service and engagement

Build up a team and continuously develop employees to keep a high-performance level

Take disciplinary and technical leadership and budget management dedicated to the global e-business team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in E-Business or Digital Business, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar with relevant hands-on experience

Several years of proven experience in establishing an e-business starting from scratch to scaled operations, preferably in the service sector

Sound knowledge of IT and process management combined with a good network in the e-business community and knowledge of the relevant tool landscape

Proven experience in the field of planning, deploying and supporting major online shops and customer portal environments

Track record of leading organizational and cultural change in large corporations and working in a matrix organization and virtual environment

Highly resilient hands-on personality paired with a high degree of independency and consummate communication and integration skills with a persuasive manner

Ability to communicate efficiently with German and international staff
