Citrus are a network operator with several telecommunications platforms including Digitalk, ECT, Cataleya and Dialogic with SS7 and IP interconnect’s with BT, Vodafone and Gamma and a BGP network. We now provide multimedia services from our own Omni-channel Hosted Contact Centre platform including hosted IPPBX, Agent Workplace, email, social media engagement, web chat, CSAT (surveys), sentiment analytics and integrated PCI compliant call recording and payment services.
We have a number of insurance companies and a Premiership football club as part of our customer base.
We are looking for an experienced highly skilled and capable Head of Voice services that has very deep knowledge and understanding of telephony, SiP, IPPBX and managing of voice platforms with carrier interconnects. The position entails overall responsibility for management of all voice platforms, a small support team and where required, fault diagnostics and rectification. We are planning to integrate advanced technologies such as ASR, Speech to Text, Biometrics and speech analytics and these projects will be jointly managed with head of network. Knowledge of software development and programming would be an advantage.
The opportunity for the right person will be to grow in to the position of CTO.
