The practice area is working closely with the Budapest centred Workflows IT team, India centred Automation/Robotics team and our Operations partners’ world-wide. A major multi-year Automation program is collaboration between Operations and Operations Technology, where this BA role plays a very critical part.The role will require close interactions with Morgan Stanley’s Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Investments, Wealth and Shared Services Operations teams for business analysis and requirements gathering. The role also require deep understanding of the productivity and workflow tools owned by Client Technologies and matching the results of the business/process-analysis with the right tools in the automation toolkit. The of automation plan would span from vendor-based robotics (RPA) solutions, through internally developed tools all the way to advanced solutions where artificial intelligence (like machine learning) could be applied.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Partnering with various Operations teams: business units, Automation and project teams•Partnering with our own Workflow IT and the Robotics centre of excellence IT team•Partnering with the process-specific IT teams•Experience working with PEGA BPM tool•Business requirement definition, documentation and negotiation•Partner with Operations and Technology in user training, documentation, communication
