The Role:

  • The Office Manager will play a key role in the finance team
  • Assisting the Depot manager with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring Compliance needs are met with regards files for Trucks & Staff
  • Supporting communication channels between different Departments within the Depot
  • Dealing with customer, driver and sales rep queries
  • Covering sales processing and credit control function when required
  • Updating internal IT databases with customer and route information
  • Assisting with stock reconciliations

The Successful Applicant:

  • 2-3 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment
  • An enthusiastic individual with a genuine desire to learn how a business works
  • Proficient user of IT systems. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be organised, methodical, with a can-do attitude
