This role is located within the Coventry City area, delivering services within Coventry and Warwickshire.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Team Manager. You will be an integral part of the management team and will be responsible for the line management, supervision and support of 5-6 social workers. The team are currently delivering services to children, young people and family members who have been impacted by Harmful Sexual Behaviour (Turn the Page) and parents who need support to improve the quality of care they provide to their children, (Building Blocks). We are also delivering a groupwork programme for children and young people to develop greater resilience to keep themselves safe when engaging in online activities, (In Ctrl).

You will have excellent communication skills, as well as a drive and passion for improving outcomes for Children and Families. You will be motivated to continuously improve the quality of the work provided by the team and have the ability to support and deliver high quality, reflective supervision and expertise in the field of safeguarding.

An integral part of our current strategy is the delivery of innovative, pioneering, evidence based practice across the safeguarding agenda. As we move towards our new strategy you will play a pivotal role in sharing our learning as well as ensuring we continue to deliver high quality direct services.

As Team Manager you will be accountable to the Service Manager.
