We have an exciting opportunity to join Compare the Market as a Senior Product Manager for our Small Medium Enterprise product portfolio.
This role will be vital in owning the delivery of exceptional, meaningful, innovative and relevant customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing the roadmap and owning the product strategy, whilst working alongside the rest of the business to achieve targets and using your influence to execute against the product roadmap.
As the Senior Product Manager you are responsible for shaping the product vision, portfolio and roadmap for one of the most strategically important areas of Compare the Market (CTM). Your north star is the growth of your product portfolio over a 3-year horizon, balancing commercial focus (revenue management) with long term market innovation, while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do. Your aim is to reduce the emotional labour of running a small business. Doing the legwork on our customers’ behalf, providing clear information and insight that help them confidently decide which products are best for their business.
Working with both internal and external partners, you will be responsible for actively driving all phases of the product management process. Partnering with 3rd party providers, data and market insights, engineering and customer experience, you’ll own product decisions that provide the foundations of a great customer experience, ensuring research and market insights are acted upon quickly and trade-off decisions are made effectively.
