A hugely successful global client are looking for Property Sales Managers to join them on a full time, flexible basis.

You need property sales experience and you need to be able to do valuations.
You will have a dedicated post code territory which you will need to build on.
You will benefit from the company marketing and will also be given warm leads to start.
Your earning potential is uncapped on all of the products the company sells.
You need your own car.

You need at least 5 years’ experience at Manager/Senior level.
You need to be used to dealing with high volume, busy environments.
A proven track record of selling houses and with excellent reviews.
You need to be sales motivated and driven.
You need to use your own initiative and be able to work on your own.

You will need to be customer focused.
Have great communication skills, written and verbal.
Be ambitious and self-motivated.
Be able to build relationships.
Be hard working and flexible (demands of a 24/7 customer service environment).
Be willing to work to their technology.
Be highly organised and manage your own diary.
Be adaptable to change, retrain and have a new approach to estate agency.

The company will provide full kit to include phone, laptop and sales leads.
Earnings of ÂŁ35-40K p.a.
