Mpeople Recruitment are looking for a Key Account Manager/Internal Sales on behalf of our client based in Oldham.
The purpose of this role is to build strong working relationships with current, lapsed and potential customers in order to maximise customer satisfaction and business sales.
PLEASE NOTE this role will not involve any cold calling.
Duties will include:
- Contacting companies that have been sent quotations, in order to convert these quotations into orders
- Liaising with lapsed and potential new customers regarding quotations for standard or bespoke products
- Identifying potential repeat customers and converting them into repeat customers
- Liaising with existing customers regarding current orders – this could be a small order, or a large project
- Resolving conflicts and problems with customers, and providing solutions
- Offering support to the rest of the office team as required
- Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for the business to grow
Our client is looking for a team-player that has strong communication skills, and has experience within account management and customer service.
They are looking for somebody with great negotiation skills and that has a passion for building strong working relationships.
