We are on the hunt for a passionate individual to join our family as a Front of House Operations Manager. In line with a recently-opened expansion to the hotel, an opportunity has arisen to join our senior team.
You will take ownership of the organisation and running of the Reception, Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge and Housekeeping teams.
Front of House Operations Manager – About You:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Front Office/Guest Service Management, with a good understanding of the local area, history and attractions in surrounding Warwickshire.
A working knowledge of all hotel operational departments would be advantageous. As a problem solver and natural leader, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service skills whilst exceeding guest expectations.
