Up to 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We’re now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager in providing project management support during the advisory and mobilisation phase of a new scheme.
Monitoring key milestones, timings, progress and actions to support successful delivery, you will hold regular progress meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure any areas they are responsible for have been completed to programme. Managing critical data schedules, you will provide support to the wider Fresh team to ensure that site based mobilisation runs effectively. You will assist with the coordination of schemes transitioning in or out of the portfolio and prepare any documentation required.
It goes without saying that you should be pro-active, highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. You’ll have experience of coordinating and managing projects in a fast paced organisation and demonstrate an understanding of the project management lifecycle. Experience of the student accommodation / build to rent industry would be an added bonus but is not essential – we do expect you to have some experience of the property / construction industry though. We also need you to be able to read and understand drawings and be competent in MS Project and MS Excel.
