Reporting into the company Executive Committee (COO/ CIO), the Governance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external Governance in Leveris.

From an external perspective, this will include the establishment of a Governance Framework and processes that will underpin our contractual responsibilities to our customers. Internally, the Governance Manager will be responsible for establishing the right processes to manage our operations and reporting into ExCo and Board.

This is a central oversight role which manages and monitors the KPI’s needed to ensure we are governed effectively.

Responsibilities

External governance responsibilities:

  • Governance meeting schedule, TOR, templates and reporting
  • Establishment of KPI framework
  • Reporting into ExCo (and Board, where required)
  • Specification for contract schedules, where required
  • Communications and training related to the governance process
  • Maintenance of a central governance repository with presentations, reports and MoM
  • Preparation and communication of a KPI Dashboard

Internal governance responsibilities:

  • Establishment of a 3-tier Governance model and agreement with ExCo
  • Establishment of the correct cadence of meetings and reporting
  • Documentation to support the internal operations of mandatory control and oversight meetings, approval boards, and management meetings
  • Preparation of reporting packs for ExCo (and Board, where required)
  • Maintenance of a central governance repository with presentations, reports and MoM
  • Preparation and communication of a KPI Dashboard
  • Assurance for dissemination of information and its consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
