You will lead a Positioning Specialist and together you will be responsible to develop tools and methods to support countries taking the brand position to all levels throughout the organisation. Other key assignments will be to: • Together with Communications Department, support countries with delivering a Strong Brand Position (Job no 1).• Support markets to grow penetration, by implementing the Penetration Optimisation Framework.• Provide strategic guidance in the application of the POF as a means of segmentation within the country BPL.• Develop and share best practices and learning content for marketing competence development in the markets together with Market Support Learning Developers.• Provide subject matter support for the country teams, keep them informed on planned deliveries and together with the countries enable communication that drives growth.• Work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businessesTOGETHER AS A TEAMMarket Support empowers the markets to deliver extraordinary growth, a strong brand positioning and a convenient and inspiring customer meeting, through solutions and support that are customer centric in a new retail era.
