National Account Manager

WHAT’S THE JOB?

As National Account Manager, you will manage, develop and ensure strong commercial relationships with existing clients from FMCG sector and you will develop the business by searching, approaching and negotiating with new clients.

As National Account Manager, you will:
Own your client portfolio that you will maintain, manage and develop according to the sales opportunities you identified.

Plan, manage and negotiate renewals to ensure growth of service/revenue.

Network and build strong relationships with your existing clients to ensure a long-term client retention.

Understand your clients’ needs and offer them a strong after-sales support by an A to Z project follow-up with the help of dedicated customer support associate.

Manage your Monthly Direct and Indirect Sales targets

​​​​​You’ll also develop our business by:
Identifying and approaching decision makers within the global client organization and turning this into increased business.

Building your network and relationships with new clients, and developing these in contracts and long-term relationships.

Preparing and executing contract negotiations.

Learning and acquiring a deep knowledge of our different services to identify, offer and sell additional services to our clients as soon as you see an opportunity.

WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our candidate will have:
Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing or Business Engineering

A first successful experience in a commercial role

Affinity for e-business & e-commerce or the FMCG sector

Ambitious and willing to achieve challenging targets

Organized and able to apply good time management

Fluent in Dutch with a business proficiency knowledge of English

French would be a strong asset
