AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG

  • Internal sparring partner for the Managing Directors of our European subsidiaries
  • Ensure and drive the sales target numbers of all subsidiaries
  • To take full ownership, empowerment and accountability of all necessary product planning, to ensure an on-target performance
  • Close collaboration with the Global Sales Director (e.g. budget planning, business plans,..)
  • Direct report of all relevant sales activities to the Global Sales Director
  • Monitor the relevant markets, the activities of competitors in all key markets, identify threats & opportunities

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • University degree (B.A. or M.A.) in sales, marketing, business administration or a proven track practical track record in sales related topics
  • Several years of professional experience and proven success in international sales with premium brands
  • High lifestyle and brand affinity for fashion/eyewear industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and at least one other relevant language
  • Know-how in CRM system management as well as strong proficiency in the tools, systems, and procedures required
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Act and think as an entrepreneur
  • Willingness to travel
For this position, we offer a minimum gross annual salary from EUR 46.200 Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into account.
