Furthermore you will work with executive support related tasks and have an overview of the office and what needs to be done. You have a good ability to quickly shift focus and handle many parallel tasks and at the same time you are able to see the organization as a whole.
Being outgoing and able to handle different types of people are important aspects of the role. Furthermore we see that you are driven, reliable, with a positive attitude and good ability to adapt to a changing environment. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Swedish is our primarily working language.
Good skills in Microsoft office and Google tools is needed to succeed. It’s meritorious if you also possess good IT skills overall since you will assist the office with easier IT-related tasks.
