To ensure that Sandvik Coromant’s Sales Area North Europe is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, the Sales Area function Operations is in charge of developing our customer service, QEHS and business support activities; focusing on increased customer satisfaction and improved operating efficiency. The location for this position is Kista, Stockholm and the role covers customer service in Nordic countries.
Your mission – setting the scene for a successful customer service team
Customer Service works with order management and commercial support for both customers and field personnel in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltics, and your job is to lead this team into the future. You drive team performance through effective and regular performance management and coaching and our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction through all customer service interactions, and efficiency in our operations. With a Lean perspective, we’re developing customer service to be a benchmark in our business. You also walk in the forefront of our technical development to capitalize on the opportunities with new ways in handling case management and contact center. In addition, you’re an active member of Sales Area Operations’ management team and ensure good cooperation with the other Operations’ functions in North Europe.
Your profile – a socially skilled and committed leader

You’re a true leader with interest in people, and you have the competence and passion to develop and motivate both teams and individuals. Preferably, you have experience from being a manager in the field of customer service and you really understand how to bring such a team to a successful delivery.
It’s beneficial if you’re skilled in leading projects and have a good understanding about how the processes related to customer service works. It’s also a plus if you have a university degree in Engineering, Economics or Logistics. As we are based in Sweden while acting on the international stage, you need to be skilled in both Swedish and English.
