Area Sales Manager, ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation – RW-TI Nordic / Denmark
ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation are looking for an Area Sales Manager at RW-TI Nordic with sales responsibility in Denmark.

ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation is part of the ROCKWOOL Group and is offering advanced technical insulation solutions for the process industry as well as marine & offshore.
This is the role
RW-TI Nordic is looking for a proactive, robust and independent sales consultant for the Danish market with focus on Marine and Offshore, as well as the Process market.
You will report to the Nordic Sales Manager and be part of a highly trained team of sales and marketing staff, as well as technicians. On the customer side, we work with sales of projects and solutions for global and local customers including contractors, OEM customers, ship owners, shipyards, and dealers.
Specification work is a natural part of your tasks and building customer relations to gain a position in the network to influence the choice of RW-TI and our solutions in a positive way. We work with decision makers throughout the value chain. You have full responsibility for negotiation and decision making as well as important customer administration and technical advice for the Danish market. You will receive full support from the global RW-TI team of about 95 people, as well as local support from the Danish team members.
Besides the daily sales routines and customer visits, you will also be responsible for technical advice for consulting engineers and contractors on our product range including ProRox and SeaRox, which are well-known trademarks of all stakeholders.
This is what you offer
A technical background either by education or similar technical experience. More specifically you
- Have about 5 years of sales experience of technical products, preferably in Process and Marine.
- Have a good network of relationships in the Danish market.
- Speak and write Danish and English at a high professional level
As a person, you
- Are outgoing, energetic and a good listener.
- Know what it takes to get the deal.
- You work structured in accordance with our sales process and the use of CRM system
