We’re now looking for a Return & Warranty Manager to our brand-new warehouse in Uppsala. This is an opportunity for you with a background within customer service and passion for leadership as well as processes to step into a global position. You will have 5 people reporting to you in the Uppsala warehouse as well as stakeholders on a global level which will involve some travelling in the position. Your team in Uppsala want you to come in and coach, train and manage them towards further success.
Your main area of responsibility will be to ensure that the policies and strategies for the returns & warranty are in line with the organizational standards and visions. You will also engage in the development of the function and identify possibilities of improvement. You will together will your team make sure that we deliver the best possible service to our customers. That means that we want you to come in and take ownership, be creative and make lasting impressions as well as:
- Lead and manage the Return & warranty team
- Analyze root causes of warranty claims and identify methods to reduce claims
- Ensure targets are reached and are relevant
- Help production (returns, picking % packing, etc.) when needed, i.e. peak season
- Help to develop our return teams on a global scale
WHO YOU ARE
Your communication is your biggest strength but passion for outstanding service is your north star. If you have previous experiences from working at a warehouse, we might as well be a perfect match, but it is not a must. First of all, we are looking for you with the right mindset and leadership style. We would also love if you have:
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Preferably returns & warranty experience
