HR Project Manager, H&M Group Global Expansion

Do you want to be part of creating the most attractive employer in the world? We are currently looking for an HR Project Manager to join our HR team at the Global Expansion department in Stockholm.

The Expansion function at H&M is responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining our stores in the H&M Group; to lease, design, draw, build and facility manage each store. During 2018 we opened almost 400 stores, entered 2 new markets and now we have almost 5000 stores in 71 markets!
The role as a HR Project Manager at Global Expansion is broad and comes with a lot of responsibility and ownership. Being service minded, proactive and a true team player is crucial to succeed in the role. You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues and senior leaders across the company and around the globe, which gives you a broad understanding of our business.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and developing our International Trainee Program, both operationally and strategically
  • Planning and running recruitment and employer branding projects in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • Leading talent and leadership initiatives and programs within Global Expansion

The position is based in our Head office in Stockholm.

We are looking for a business minded and driven person with:
  • An academic degree in HR and/or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from
  • planning and running recruitment processes
  • leading recruitment and / or HR projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • A strategic mindset as well as an eye for details
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience from working with trainee programs and being in a global environment is meriting
