Since one of our team members has taken on other challenges outside Siemens, we are seeking a highly skilled candidate for an opportunity as a part of our Commercial Department within the Steam turbine services organization based in Finspång. Your role would be to function as a Commercial Sales Project Manager, with responsibility for commercial aspects during mainly the acquisition and negotiation phase of PS DO IST projects worldwide, but also to some extent during the execution phase.
The overall objective of the Commercial Sales Project Manager is to ensure high commercial and financial quality and accuracy of our projects, by acting as the trusted partner in all commercial and financial matters.
Actively participate in the acquisition projects within PS DO IST FSP by collaborating with the Technical Sales Managers and all other involved team members.
Manage the projects from a commercial point of view throughout the entire acquisition and negotiation phase
Responsibility for the completion of all commercial/financial related matters throughout a project (PM@Siemens – from PM010 until PM080), including but not limited to:
Commercial / financial bid strategy, Financial LoA completion, Tax matters and business models, Reviewing and signing quotations, including also reviewing sales calculations and cash flow, Participation in customer negotiations, driving negotiation of commercial T&Cs, Insurances, Currency / hedging risks and strategy, Contract management, Financial security instruments, Cash management (payment terms, cash flow, invoicing and accounts receivable management)
Together with the technical colleague’s; manage customer requirements and in that way ensure success of the projects
Ensure the compliance with applicable commercial regulations during the acquisition and negotiation phases of projects.
Liaison with regional entities and relevant internal functions, such as Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes, etc.
Participation in process and business improvement for PS DO IST FSP
Who are you?
University degree in business administration, law or other relevant discipline.
Experience in sales, project management supply chain or a central function is a plus.
Preferably certified according to CPM@Siemens.
Knowledge in contract law and preferably experience in contractual negotiation.
Knowledge in business models and contractual setup structure.
Strong command in English and preferably Swedish language.
Skilled in MS Office and preferably SAP.
Structured, analytical and customer-oriented team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a strategic focus.
Flexibility and willingness for international travel.
