We are looking for a driven person who can contribute to make Industrial Technique Service the most competent organization vs the benchmarks in any countries we have our business. Your mission is to successfully transform our learning in the digital evolution strategy to shorten the time to competence. Our learners will take learning ownership, supported with one learning portal with wide range of blended learning offers, able to take learning at anytime, anywhere, with any device, thus, our team of 2100 people in service division globally are able to make a big impact in the performance. You will lead academy platform team, in close collaboration with our competence master team in the division, together to create the legend.


What will you do?

  • Prioritize the learning offer portfolio for both service operation, sales and marketing and leadership, project management of ongoing learning projects.
  • Create the learning portal connecting to a wide range of learning resources ecosystem and accessible on all devices.
  • Curate learning offers in different size & format to make learning easier, quicker and continuously.
  • Consistently explore and apply technologies, modern learning methods and digital learning practices, to transform the way we deliver training.
  • Together with competence masters of the subjects, design the learning path personalized to enable everyone learn exactly what needed in his/her best way
  • Create the platform for people interacting daily in their digital learning groups, working chatrooms so they feel been connected all together even they are spreading out in the fields.
  • Lead team of 1 learning specialist, manage the platform operation and report.

In this position, you will report to VP Human Resources, Industrial Technique Service Division.

You are a natural resourceful collaborator. We believe you have managed cross-functional business processes, you have the ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment is required. Experience in change management projects will be a plus.

You are coming from learning & development community, where IT is critical to the success of the role. 5+ years of Digital Learning/E-learning related working experience. Preferably focused on modern digital learning platforms and applications, content creation and platform operation. Understanding of key global trends in Digital Learning practices, methods and technologies.

You have excellent communication skills in English.

You will ideally have a university degree with a solid technical and pedagogical background.
