We’re looking for a motivated User Success Manager to represent Perigee’s values across all communication channels, provide assistance to our users, and help raise the bar for our apps through quality assurance.
You will build relationships with our users on a daily basis and communicate their needs to our developers and designers. We continuously evolve our apps to better suit our community and want someone genuinely interested in our users’ success to help make that a reality.
What you’ll do
- Be the voice in all communication with our users
- Create engaging and educational articles on health & fitness
- Communicate and engage with users across social media channels
- Handle support queries from app users via email and social media
- Identify, document and track issues reported by users
- Test our apps to find issues and improvements before our users do
