- Check if basic amenities for the site are in place and maintained.
Day to day operations:
- Oversees day-to-day operations of administrative functions for the site like workspace cleanliness, washroom and building hygiene, food quality, security, servicing of coffee machines, training of admin staff.
Office supply management:
- Ensure adequate stock of all office supplies like stationary, printer, desk phone etc.
- Ensure new joiners are allotted workspace, phone, sim, tabs etc.
- To ensure compliance to IRDA requirements.
Front office management:
- Ensure all front office personals are adequately trained to deal with internal and external customers.
- Visiting card generation for employees.
Employee Grievance Handling:
- Process and respond promptly to incoming queries regarding admin related issues (post, telephone, fax, email, face to face).
