H&Ms IT division Buying and Production (BOPO) is looking for an experienced cross-delivery project manager to lead our initiatives focusing on achieving a forefront customer centric product flow. The division supports a significant part of the H&M value chain, from the early Planning, via Product design and Development, to Sourcing and Production. Our IT solutions have users all over the world and across all brands within the H&M Group.

To help our business succeed in winning the customer’s hearts and minds, we need to have speed and efficiency in our IT deliveries. We believe that an agile delivery approach gives us the best conditions to achieve this and we have therefore implemented the agile delivery concepts as defined in the SAFe framework (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises).

What you will do
The job of cross-delivery Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
  • Drive and coordinate pre-studies, prepare business needs for coordinated scoping
  • Drive and coordinate cross-deliveries and secure full end-to-end IT delivery
  • Tracking and reporting of progress, issues, risks and budget aspects
  • Secure pre-requisites and manage dependencies for successful delivery
  • Manage stakeholders, steering group members and team members

What skills you need
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:
  • Proven ability to align different functions and skill sets around a common goal and achieve successful overall delivery
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities and act accordingly, despite partly conflicting input and views among team members and stakeholders
  • Business and IT savvy; can interact fruitfully with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Firm believer in the agile delivery concepts and able to navigate in this distributed team setting
