Overall project management of construction projects / developments from inception to completion
Responsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and for the implementation with the design team of cost-effective concepts and solutions
Coordination of planning team (client side and externally) and control of project teams from inception of projects to handover
Support in developing with the client project and procurement strategies
Supervision of contractors site activities
Working together with your colleagues within the international Drees & Sommer organization
A completed degree in architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, property development or similar
Sound professional experience leading and managing projects
Ability to inspire confidence and deal with clients, contractors and designers at all levels in a proactive way
fluent Danish and English skills (both written and spoken), German is an advantage
International work experience and intercultural competence are a plus
MS-Project /MS Office knowledge
